Please ignore the TRL (Test Readiness Level) column for now and do note that currently the maturity level for any component should not be higher than an E. A bounding box has the maturity level I

IMPORTANT:
- Do not forget to update the change log
- Follow the cell-type color convention¶

Why: The mass budget for EX3 hasn't been updated in a long time, and it is a requirement for PDR.
