Who: ADCS team in collaboration with the mechanical team.

What: The ADCS team, with knowledge of the ADCS's size, pin configuration, and sensor package, will work with the mechanical team to place the ADCS and sensors on the spacecraft.

Who: The selected ADCS must go through several checks to make sure it will fit within the spacecraft and around all the other components inside. This is to avoid a costly mistake of only realizing that it won't fit inside during AI&T.
