Description

Who: Devin and NS software experienced members.

What: Help me setup the dev board so I can flash firmware to it and begin writing code for the OBC. Right now my laptop recognizes their is a device connected via usb but does not recognize the XDS110 onboard debug chip and thus I cannot communicate with the board.

How: Going to meeting with Robert to discuss the issues.
