What: Create the first iteration of the software architecture for ExAlta3, refferencing ExAlta2s requirements for now. Everything will be simulated with software, eliminating the need for hardware and particulars related to the specific functionality of subsystems, the OBC.

How: Subsystems will be simulated as python scripts. For now Fprime components and associated code will be created to interface with these simulated subsystem modules via TCP/IP sockets (abstracting the specifics for how things 'actually' will communicate).
