Document on acquiring licenses.

Description

Licenses for Zemax OpticStudio, Altium Designer, and Solidworks are necessary for current and prospective members of Iris. There is no documentation pertaining to acquiring a Zemax License via CadPass, and the documentation for setting up an Altium License is slightly out of date, and not available as a document in the Iris google drive folder. Therefore, the goal of this user story is to make standardized and clear documentation on how to obtain the appropriate licenses to work with software that the Iris team needs.

Deliverable: Document in the Iris drive that thoroughly describes how to acquire licenses for software that the Iris team uses.
