How to be a Scrum master
AlbertaSat uses sprints system for the goal targeting and task assignments. Each sprints lasts for two weeks. A scrum master is a person who is assigned to lead each stand up throughout the week and keep the team accountable for their tasks and user stories. Additionally scrum master hosts a sprint retrospective at the end of the week when they go through:

• sprint analytics board
• story points for each story and adjust according to the original hours estimated
• go over start/stop/continue Miro board and note down action items
• use forecasting tool in the backlog to allocate stories for the next sprint
• prepare capacity and stories for next sprint
• move over any tasks that were not completed in current sprint
