What: Generate a preliminary volume budget for Ex3 stack based on tentative sub-system component selection. Reach out to ADCS, Power, OBC, DFGM and Comms. Find out what components they have tentatively selected and what components will occupy space in the stack. Sum up the total required vertical space in the stack in order to accommodate the anticipated hardware. Use ex2 volume budget for reference:
