• Test the resistance between the linear track and the mounting plate with a multimeter
• Check other pieces on the boom

Why: all metal parts on the satellite need to be grounded, so we need to make sure all the parts on the boom have a path to ground (a path to the mounting plate). Some of our parts need to be anodized for thermal and cold welding reasons, and electricity won't conduct through an anodized surface, so some of the paths are indirect. One of these parts is the linear track, and so we should see if there is enough contact between the linear track pins and the mounting plate to ground the linear track.
