Description

Many sub-teams have expressed interest in vacuum testing in the TVAC. There is no documentation in place regarding vacuum testing components that do not fit in the TVAC stage and procedures required to remove and install the TVAC stage.

The goal of this story is to create a document similar to the TVAC test plan (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jfkArXRIghV0BXvPSv-Rj_WJt3eoRSIGauF8uTfewbU/edit#heading=h.8q1gllgb0jrx), that outlines all of the procedures required to setup the TVAC for strictly vacuum testing.
