Description

Who: Spencer and Ryan

What: Make a list of pros and cons for AlbertaSat buying a COTS ADCS and flying it on the next satellite. Take into account all factors including time, cost, experience, mission critical components, etc., anything else you can think off. Also take a look at what other teams have purchased and what suppliers are competitive in the space. Including sources when relevant is best practice, but not strictly necessary.

Why: Before doing an in depth trade study on ADCS options, we need to know whether we will buy an ADCS alone or buy one and start making pieces of one in house in parallel. This will help make that decision.

Success criteria: A review with the other team members will be done on the completed document. If everyone is happy, then the document will be sent to Andre, systems and PM for feedback.
