The purpose of this task is to populate the Iris backlog with user stories that describe the features and functionalities of the Iris payload. The user stories should follow the format of "As a <role>, I want to <goal>, so that <reason>". The user stories should be prioritized according to the MoSCoW method (Must have, Should have, Could have, Won't have). The user stories should be assigned to the appropriate sprint and have a clear acceptance criteria. The user stories should be created in Redmine under the Iris project and linked to the corresponding epics. The user stories should cover all the aspects of the Iris payload software, such as data acquisition, data processing, data storage, data transmission, command and control, fault detection and recovery, and testing and verification.
