Description

Who: Robert & Devin

What: Check EPS power channel cmds from ground station to ensure no command which interacts with the EPS Power channel can be sent by the ground station. I (Devin) am giving an extended amount of time for this as I am not yet familiar with the ground station software backend.

Why: Ensure the ESP cannot be shut off while in orbit.
