Update TVAC dimensions to reflect the asbuilt conditions

Description

Who: In-person, 2 people.

What: Measure the as-built dimensions of TVAC. Record and label dimensions to be used to update the TVAC CAD.

Why: To determine the as-built dimensions of the TVAC, this will be useful for creating future testing plans and modifying the TVAC system.
