Who: Tyler, Ben
What: Create action items for each lesson learned. Each action item should be a new task on the backlog.
Why: There is a difference between compiling lessons from NS and learning from the lessons. To ensure that the team has learn from the previous experience we plan to create procedures to ensure each lesson from NS will not happen again.
