Completed python code for GSD and SNR calculations.

Description

For the primary purpose of evaluating image sensors for a thoroughly completed trade study, it is necessary to increase the accuracy of the existing GSD and SNR code, located in the Ex3 Payloads --> Optical --> Python Code folder in the google drive. This is to be done by using the equations provided by multiple pieces of optics documentation, such as Image Quality Metrics, Limitations of Hyperspectral Earth Observation on Small Satellites, and the "Modeling the Imaging Chain of Digital Cameras" textbook. The modified code can also be used for future calculations to evaluate differences in optical configurations.
