Description
Who: Everyone
What: Create a list of the criteria we will consider for the trade study and assign weights to each of the criteria in order of their importance, and normalize them.
Why: To narrow our focus when we ask companies about their ADCS systems, we need to know what information we are looking for so we can keep the discussion narrowed to what we need.
