Who: Newer members (2)
What: Figure out if manufacturing in Elko can result in the same tolerances as outsourcing manufacturing. Considering bounding limits of the machine and component constraints.
How: Talking to the staff at Elko, find Ex-Alta 2 documentation and determine the tolerancing that was achieved through rapid cut. Look through CubeSat deployer documents (NanoRacks docs)
